The new twelve storey multi-residential tower will be situated on the corner of Pittwater Road and Oaks Avenue, Dee Why. A curved building form has been chosen to bring softness to the otherwise harsh corner lot and will incorporate sleek panels of cladding with contrasts of warm timber looking cladding and long blades serving as solar protection devices. There will be four levels of basement carparking, seven levels of residential units and at ground level, twelve retail spaces will capitalise on the busy foot traffic. The tower will hold a total of seventy-seven units. Each designed to offer generous balcony spaces, open living and dining and maximise on daylight and views.
