This warehouse like many others of this type, had been ‘sanitised’ internally to such an extent that you could have been in any city office with lay-in ceiling tiles and carpet. But under all this lurked the bones of a building that had considerable character and charm.

Our aim was to remove all the ‘improvements’ leaving the basic fabric and then fitting ourselves into this space with minimal interference to the original building. A strong colour theme was used providing a vibrant and exciting environment in which to work.

The design philosophy was simple. Anything that was higher than an outstretched arm was left as was, most things inside that distance that you could easily see feel or touch were finished.
